I highly recommend Hypnosis Therapy to anyone who is looking for a refreshing alternative to conventional health care practices, which tend to treat symptoms and not causes. Why not address the root of your problem to affect lasting change instead of applying a band-aid for a temporary fix?
My experience with Hypnosis Therapy began on 1/29/15 for stress and nail biting. My experience has been completely positive and refreshing with satisfactory results. I learned a lot from my hypnosis sessions. The knowledge I have gained (like deep breathing and positive affirmations) is easy to apply to my everyday life. It has presented me with a way to successfully live a healthier and happier life. Forget about beating yourself up over not having enough willpower - it has nothing to do with that! It is all about planting poistive suggestions into your subconscious mind for the improved discipline, behavior and problem resolution you want.

I initially went to hypnosis to help with my overwhelming fear of public speaking. Since doing so I am now a member of Toastmasters and have even given my first speech which I would never have been able to do had I not gotten the hypnosis sessions.
In addition to helping my public speaking issues, it provided me with a sense of calmness and had a great affect on keeping my attitude positive regardless of what was going on.
